The Kings RDA continues to work with their partners, community groups and organizations and other agencies on projects and initiatives that help promote and facilitate community economic development in Kings County.

In the past, the Kings RDA has hosted the Eco-Kings Community Challenge, a subsidiary of the national One-Tonne Challenge Program.  The Fundy Intrepretive Project saw interpretive panels placed in communities along the Bay of Fundy and a Kings Fundy Trail was established.  The Valley Community Fibre Network continues to be an extremely large project for the Agency since its inception in the 2004-2005 fiscal year.       

This year, the Kings RDA are working on a number of projects and initiatives.  The Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) Program, the Kings Innovative Communities Project and the Valley Community Fibre Network are just a number of the larger projects that are being worked on by Staff of the Kings RDA.
