The Kings RDA is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of 13 voting members representing the Municipality of the County of Kings, the Town of Berwick, the Town of Kentville, the Town of Wolfville and general members of the Agency.

The Nova Scotia Office of Economic Development, the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) and the Nova Scotia Department of Community Services are also represented on the Board of Directors in ex-officio roles.
