The Kings RDA wishes to extend congratulations to Jim and Donna Laceby, owners of the Blomidon Inn in Wolfville for winning the Innkeeper of the Year 2007 award. The award, issued by North American Inn magazine, recognizes the inn for its exceptional dining and innovative technological advancements, such as high speed internet access in all guest rooms.

The Blomidon Inn, situated in the heart of Kings County, boasts an atmosphere of tranquil fine dining and spacious Victorian accommodations.  Since purchasing the business in 1988, Jim, Donna and the Laceby family have worked tremendously hard to create a luxurious four star inn. Jim is an advocate for inns and B&B’s in Nova Scotia to be acknowledged as significant contributors to the tourism industry. We are privileged to have a successful business such as the Blomidon Inn in Kings County and wish them continued success.
